Commercial Estimator

San Diego based general contractor is seeking a full time long term employee who is highly motivated to fill a commercial estimator position.

Ideal candidates will be professional and possess the ability to analize, quantify, manage, negotiate all aspects of the procurement process. You should also have experience in tenant improvements, as well as all other service and repairs of commercial facilities including offices, retail, restaurants, and public works/ government construction.

• 5-10 years of construction related discipline or equivalent industry experience
• Minimum 3 years of general estimating and negotiation experience directly related to both engineering and/or construction projects.
• Proficieny with industry estimating databases and other estimating data sources
• Proficiency with estimating software
• Must pass a background and drug screen
